What is a Gender Doula?

A gender doula is a person who aids in the aspects of gender transition. There are many barriers to understanding transition areas and knowing how to research or where to start can be very overwhelming. A gender doula will take on that work for you by understanding what your transition goals are and attempting to find the best possible care with those in mind. This will include asking thorough questions about your gender identity, your social, medical, and legal goals, your birthplace (if legal transition is desired for birth certificate replacement), your medical insurance or budget capabilities, coming out or expression goals, etc.

15 Minute Consultation

Single Session - 60 Minutes

$60

To cover any areas of transition that have been more difficult to work on alone, but do not need continuous support

Five Session Package

$225 ($45 per session)

To support you through two to four transition goals

All costs will be considered using the Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method. Please reach out to me by email if costs are an issue for you as gendered care should be universally accessible.

Payment will be accepted in the form of Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash

To talk about your goals and if gender doula services would be a good fit for you. If they are not, possible suggestions of what could be helpful as well. This will be required before any official sessions.

Four Session Package

$200 ($50 per session)

To support you through one or two transition goals (more can be added)

Six Session Package

$240 ($40 per session)

To support you through any and all transition goals
